Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is established electronically between the Seller, whose information is provided below, and the Buyer, who places an order through the website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Buyer

The real or legal person who places an order through the website and shares their information during the order process.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or products that the Buyer has ordered electronically through the Seller's website.

3. Product Information

The purchased product or products' details, including:

  • Product name,
  • Quantity,
  • Color (if any),
  • Unit price,
  • Total sales price,
  • Shipping fee,
  • Payment method

as specified on the order summary screen and in the order confirmation email, constitute an integral part of this agreement.

4. Payment

The Buyer agrees to make payment using the payment method selected during the order process.

The order is processed after successful payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the cargo company within the specified preparation period after payment confirmation is received.

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during the order process.

Delivery time may vary due to stock availability, public holidays, busy campaign periods, and force majeure events.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal without stating any reason within 14 days from the date they receive the product.

For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be:

  • Unused,
  • Unwashed,
  • Undamaged,
  • In resalable condition.

The return process is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Return and Refund Policy published on the website.

7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

In accordance with the relevant legislation, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases:

  • Products specially prepared for the consumer in line with their requests,
  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons and whose protective elements have been opened,
  • Used, washed, or products that have lost their resalable quality,
  • Other products and services legally excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Seller agrees to deliver the product subject to the order completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

The Buyer agrees that the information provided during the order is correct and that they will pay the order amount in full.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, fires, wars, epidemics, strikes, transportation problems, decisions of official authorities, or other events beyond the control of the parties.

10. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced annually by the T.R. Ministry of Trade, are authorized.

11. Effectiveness

By completing their order through the website, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and electronically accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.

This agreement comes into effect upon the completion of the order.
